I am using win 8.1 Lenovo W550S and Surface Pro 2. Both encounter the same problem. Basic installation English with add on Traditional Chinese SAR Hong Kong from language and region.

Unless I do not add another language under Region and language, the error message appear. I want to add Traditional Chinese and IME keyboard (no preference which method  just traditional). Is there a way to do it without the error

Hello, the error message was written at the beginning. Please review. I tried to remove all language except English, then there is no error message. Further, I installed exactly as "Change your language or keyboard", right away, the error message appeared, ChtIME. So far no one answer part of my thinking whether because of the "touch screen". Anyone had a touch screen and installed Chinese Tradition language and keyboard without error message, if so, please provide steps to install for Win 8.1 Surface pro 2 so as Win 8.1 Lenovo W550S. thanks

Since My lab machine only could add the Chinese Tradition input method instead of entire Windows display language. And I could use the it as normal.
